Trying the address yielded a connection issue, and server status page says full but accepting

I also can not download anything either

Trying 128.143.231.201 in my browser results in a blank page which means the server is working okay. Full and Accepting are correct and indicate the server is both assigning and receiving. There's no indication the server is experiencing a problem that I can see. Have you tried re-booting your computer and router to make sure your communications is totally reset?

I too have been having problems connecting to this server. I have rebooted to no avail.

Thanks--we'll keep an eye on things. From everything we can tell, the server is behaving normally.
If you are having problems, does a traceroute yield anything strange?

PS the University of Virginia *backup* internet connection was down yesterday afternoon from 4:30 - 7:10pm EST. The primary connection was fine during that time. However, if there were some stale routes, etc. you might have seen problems.

That explains a lot, my unit started uploading at 4:15 est and just chugged for a while, then ran into issuse till my post above at 7:09 est.

I didn't trace route it, but i had ping'd it, and was getting over 100ms per ping, and it usuallys under 20ms
