My system:
Gigabyte 970A-UD3
AMD FX-8150 CPU (4 cores, 4 pseudo-cores) (aftermarket HS/Fan)
16 GB RAM
Sapphire ATI 6670 1 GB PCI-E video (passive cooling)
DVD-R/W (Lightscribe)
1.5 TB SATA drive (Win 7 64-bit, Mageia 1 64-bit, dual-boot)
OCZ Fatality 550W PSU (can substitute PC P&C 750W if needed)
I'm running the 7.1.52 client under 64-bit Win 7 Pro. I copied the GPUs.txt file to the right directory (progra~86\FAHClient). I also downloaded a copy of OpenCL.dll to that directory. My GPU is whitelisted.
My CPU is running at 100% (monitoring widget that came with the OS). When I look at the "status" tab, slot 00 (CPU client) runs, but fails a moment or two after starting (GPU-z still shows zero percent use). But the "Work Queue" says slot 00 is still running. The Kill-A-Watt shows only a 4 watt decrease when FAH says the GPU client stops. (Even an air-cooled card should take more than 4 watts when ramping up/down, right?)
Is the GPU client working? Can you help me get it working? Here is the "system" part of the log:

Will this GPU work? Will it work on the next project? Right now, I hit "finish" (PRCG 7023 -- 2, 39, 82) so it will stop until I can get your help.
Is there something else I should try? I want the Windows client to use both CPU and GPU, but I don't have a lot of time. Any help is appreciated.
(I have re-installed my OS two dozen times in the last 6 months because of problems. My patience is short.)
Thanks!
