Re: List of Teams not listed !!
Hello Chris! Welcome to folding and to this site. There are many helpful people here who would be happy to help you get started.
What client did you download? Each client also has a guide to installing and configuring it in the same download area. If you tell us what equipment you want to use for folding and the name/version of the client you have, we can help point you to the install instructions.
As for adding a team number, did you see this? How do I start a Team or how do I join a Team?
You can find info about various teams from this link.
Please let us know how else we can help you.

The site search link on the fah home page also works pretty good.

Re: List of Teams not listed !!
I'd recommend that you download the Main client from the Downloads page, and after it installs you should get a Configuration popup window. Enter ChrisR as your username, and hit OK or whatever the button is at the bottom of the window. That should be it. You won't be on any team, but you can search for teams under the stats page. Then you can enter in their team ID into the Team Number field to fold under that team. Your welcome to change some of the settings on the Configuration window in some of the tabs, like making the CPU not lock to a specific CPU, pause when on battery power (if your using a laptop), or download work units bigger than 5 MB. The client will be way in the background, but there should be a tiny colorful icon by your clock. Right click on that and you can get to Configure to change any settings. Sorry your having trouble.

If you want a list of Clients, then this is a pretty good one (viewtopic.php?f=61&t=16207).
Regarding the list of F@H Teams, we are a Team Neutral Forum to avoid recruiting and "Team talks" happening on this Forum since our focus is to help Donors with issues while setting up their F@H Clients and to answer their questions. Being on a team is NOT required.
