My upload failed several times before 16:19 UTC but I was able to download from server 171.64.65.56. An upload that started at 16:25 succeeded. Serverstat shows the same thing: 171.64.65.54 was REJECT between 05:45 and 08:05 PST but fixed before 08:25 PST.

Yes, the server went down briefly this morning before we brought it back up. We are monitoring it at this time; it may require a brief maintenance downtime later today depending on how things go.
