Normally stable rig (no EUEs in months since bad RAM encountered)... reporting just in case. I am about to restart the client, if the same WU is loaded, I will report success or failure on retry.

(failure was a c0000029)

Well problem is recurring and occurs with both -smp 5 and -smp 6. I will stand down folding until I can run some memory tests, as a C0000029 may be indicative of flaky memory (or someone can confirm a bad WU).

I marked it.

Keep getting this one over and over. Thanks for at least letting us know it's bad, or I'd surely be tearing the machine open about now with a duster can and lowering my clocks.

Is this going to kill my bonus eligibility? I've probably returned 20+ of these at 0% EUE.

Definately a faulty WU - falls over at 0% on a rig that has done hundreds of consecutive WU's without issue - trouble is, it keeps trying to pick it up !!

Let us know if it does. How many bonus-type WUs have you completed successfully?

Hundreds? A lot. 2-3 bigadv boxes of various hardware configs plus 2-3 A3 boxes running about as long as bonuses have been available.

It did not seem to affect my PPD average much beyond just having 2 boxes out of work for about 8-16 hours, so I assume the bonus eligibility did not get affected.
