I had two 6900 WU's complete upto 40% on 13th Nov & one today 24th nov with 55% and then vanish. they were automatically deleted and replaced with a diff WU.
whats happening. can i get any points for these two?

Points are only awarded for completed work. An error at 40% or an error at 55% means you didn't complete them.
Without knowing what kind of error you had, it's hard to guess what might be the problem(s), but by far the most common problems are either instabilities due to overheating or instabilities due to overclocking.
If you paste the contents of FAHlog.txt in a reply we may be able to help diagnose the actual cause for the errors rather than guessing.

It's possible that the WUs expired and were deleted by the client. The FAHlog.txt will show that. Without it, we can do nothing.
