Duplicate work-unit from 171.64.122.70

I've just been hit by the duplicate work-unit bug big time from server 171.64.122.70
I've two copies of p5906(4-636-102), p5906(12708-30), p5906(1-615-75) and four copies of p5906(1-621-61) all folding from this server all within the last couple of hours.
Just a quick heads up, as its the first time I've seen this error thow quad copies of the same work-unit.
