Update Team Information

I was curious if anyone knows how to update a folding team's information such as team logo and team website. When I first created the team, I had the options to give an address to a team logo, as well as a link to the team website. As I didn't have either at the time, I left them as default folding logo and site.

How is it possible to update the team information to reflect a new logo and homepage.
