Is there any way to choose a specific project
I want to work on Project 2681, Name p2681_

There is not. If you have a machine that meets the specifications to run that project (8 physical cores @ 2.4GHz or more, runs 24/7, at least 6GB of RAM) then send a PM to forum user "kasson".
