ATI GPU 387 817 2724 2724 363946
NVIDIA GPU 1685 3555 8914 8914 304233
NVIDIA Fermi GPU 10577 22317 31200 72816 348112

OK, I think I see the problem.

with picking up the AMD, GPU...somehow the NVIDIA Fermi GPU is being literally doubled.

Note that 31200 are being shown as active with 72818 active cores. On other GPU active =core.

This might explain the problem.

Names are not unique. Active Passkeys?

And what counts as Active? Over what time period? If a P4 can still complete work units by the 20th day deadline, then shouldn't we count that as active? What is the longest WU deadline at the moment? (59 days Timeout, 88 days Deadline) Do we use the Timeout or Deadline?

But is someone who turns in one WU each month really "active"? Maybe we need two time periods? 2 weeks and 2 months?
Passkeys were a major improvement. Besides at least 3 or 4 "variations" of my own username that I've used, I've somehow also "absorbed" some work that others have done in the past, before they learned to check if a username is actually available. :D I think on the OT, it's mostly a matter of the major changes in hardware, over about the last 5-10 years especially. Why run 3 or 4 folding rigs, heating things up like crazy, when you can do more work with 1 video card? 8-)

The stats update fixed how GPUs are reported to the stats system in general. This will bring back the # of AMD GPUs but also there were many NV GPUs not counted. These GPUs are now being counted as new WUs come in.

Also, we have had several major changes (new ones coming on, others ending) of big corporate donations, so there will be tons of flux for the next few weeks I expect.

Will theses cards be running more than one core per card?

NVIDIA Fermi GPU 10577 22317 31200 72816 348112

31200 active CPU(NVIDIA GPU) are being reported running 72816 cores.

In the past, the GPU cores have always been equal to the number of CPU(GPU) reported as active.
