No.

Since the folks at [H] choose to report problems there, they get their help from people there.

My first question would be to ask for a post of FAHlog, which you did not provide. My second question would be if you want something fixed with that server, why are you complaining about a different server that isn't currently having any problem.

Sure, servers do get overloaded and this can sometimes be fixed by restarting them. Other times the overload can only be fixed by redistributing the workload to other servers. Those methods won't work in this case.

Did anybody bother to check how many WUs are available on 171.67.108.22? A lightly loaded WU which is receiving WUs and reissuing them promptly is functioning correctly and a nudge won't fix that.
