As of 9:50 AM PST it is up, that is when 171.64.65.99 and 171.64.65.98 came back in service according to the server log. Both were down since Sunday afternoon

I see from the log extract that MrBreeze posted that it uploaded 1.51% of the WU, could it be just bad luck with a dropped connection?

Unfortunately it has failed around 30 attempts on 4 different networks, so that would have to be seriously bad luck. Some attempts it seems to have started an upload, but others it does not start to transfer. Thanks for the help though.

Of course, now it went through as soon as I posted the log. Thanks everyone for the help. Not sure why it took so long to negotiate a good connection with the server.

The server was down (again) this morning, but booted promptly back up. We're looking into why this keeps happening.

Thanks for posting the log. However, please note that the default verbosity level of 3 is recommended and not 5. The reason is that with 3, you get only the configuration changed from the defaults printed but with 5, you get the entire configuration printed in the log so it makes detecting what has changed very difficult.
