If it is corporate (i.e. you don't own it), then please ensure that you have permission (generally in written form) from the hardware owner to run F@H on it as per the EULA.
It could be that one PC Is connected to a LAN port that has different configuration on it when compared to the other PC in the other LAN port. A quick test would be to flip the Ethernet cables (if they are relatively close-by) and see what happens. Alternatively, you may want to ask help with your internal IT team.

I switched ethernet cables from the working pc, no change.

any suggestions? any cmd's i can execute to check if connection or firewall rules are fine on windows? really annoying!

You could check Windows Event Logger
https://www.loggly.com/ultimate-guide/w ... ng-basics/ to see, if anything catches the eye. If not network, it is a possible permission issue.
