The only two addresses I see are for the Assignment Servers. They do not have WUs, they just connect your system to a Work Server that does. Basically what the messages are saying is that at the moment your system connected with a request, the AS could not not connect it with a WS that could accept another connection and also had work available that matches your system's request.
