I found partial credit for the last WU (but it's quite old) : Your WU (P2483 R85 C28 G7) was added to the stats database on 2009-02-03 18:10:19 for 250.31 points of credit.

I think there is an issue with credit with these project (or server).

I have an "oar in the water" on this issue. I did post in this forum regarding Proj2484 R128C25G8, It appears to be only one of MANY WUs that somehow have been lost by PG in this recent issue. I think that the forum Moderators and Admins have done an admirable job in investigating to the limits they are allowed and have made the problem/issue known to PG. At what point is it reasonable for us (as members of this Folding Project) to expect PG to come to this Forum and explain what happened to all the 248x WU credit that has been lost in this recent problem? If there was some equipment or system failure, so be it, BUT I think we need to know.

The request for information is completely fair given that the donors are making a contribution and they want to know what is happening with their credits.
I am aware of the issue of Proj2484 and Proj2483 thanks to the forum posters and personal messages that have arrived, and I apologize for not writing before. The reason for the silence is that we only give recredits in exceptional circumstances and I wanted to make sure this was the case before I made any statement here in the forum. I have been working on it and identified that the equipment was down for some hours and during those times, some WUs were completed and accepted by the server, but unfortunately the server failed to upload them. Please, bear with me and in the next 24 hours and I will be able to give more info regarding recredit.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I am doing my best to gather the info you requested and deserve.
Paula.

Hi all, as an update we have the list for recredit! the bad news is that the key team member that is in charge of fah payroll & recredits is out.
So I will post here as soon as the recredits go through.
Thanks for your patience.

Just got a 905 point credit, and had no other machines with recent turn ins, so I am assuming the one I had been waiting to show up has gone through the re-credit process.

I got a 1810 point credit, which must be two of the four work units I completed. Wonder what happened to the other two. I had given up on this after so much time had passed.

I notice that I received a 905 point credit on 5/13/2009. I assume this is for a Proj 2484 WU which had gone "missing".

A solid THANK YOU to all that worked on the recovery effort.
