I don't know, but each WU has been completed multiple times by many different people.

That might be related to the issues we're seeing with this server : viewtopic.php?f=18&t=7756 :(

This WU seems to follow machines that are stalled and waiting for work but jut how much work is done in 2 minutes 43 seconds?

p3798 is the project used to test the new server code ... the WU are intentionally small to easily stress the server code.

By the way, I don't know if there are still testing done on this server, or these WU are being set out by mistake ...

I hope they get the servers operating better. I know several folders on the HWC team that dont tolerate stalled CPU clients well. The CPU client is supose to be stable yet they are down more often than either the GPU or SMP clients.

"Project 3798
This project is just to test some new FAH code."

I believe this WU was created to test the stressing of their servers on the netload.

It's reported here as well:

It is clear as Mud now.

Neither of the clients getting this WU have -advmethods set

The project is not listed on the Project Summary page.

I am not a beta tester either but Stanford can use me as they see fit. I am happy to help

I was wondering about this wu as well as it's not on psummary so I got no info in fahmon, I know it's just a testing wu but maybe adding it would be not to much trouble and will prevent others from searching for info on it?

Though, with the number of completed wu's some have I don't see many posts asking about it so it's probably a mute point.

*edit

I think it was listed on the summary before which is why it's a known project for most, but I think people just getting it now won't see any info for it as it's not on any summary page.

I've got my first one of these WU's today and it has a total runtime of 2h30m on a E6600 running at 2.4 MGHz. A lot longer then most people posting here :-(

Ja maar de waardering is ook hoger dan hier in het begin van de thread, 5 punten of 250 punten dus de waardering is hetzelfde ;)

Sorry for the dutch, just said the points where increased as well as the length so it should give the same ppd.

And were did you find the value of these WU's?, because, as mentioned, they are not listed on the project summary or in FahMon.
