Project 5748 EUE's instantly on my 8800GTS 640 using core 1.19 (my 280GTX doesn't seem to have gotten any yet). All of them throw the same error on on different run. It has no trouble running any other projects (5800's, 501x's, 5506's, etc).

I think it's more due to instability since those proteins is bigger, stressing the card more. Try to lower the clocks or make sure the temps doesn't rise too much.

Temps have yet to go above 75 (fan is set to 100%~), clocks are currently at stock on the GTS. There are more 5748's farther back, but it is always the same. There is never a single % of work completed, always kills it instantly. Note the work fraction & steps are both always 0.

EDIT: And while not directly applicable to F@H math, the card is highly stable (I lucked out) and is able to run any benches (ATItool, Furmark, etc) I have thrown at it while overclocked almost %25: 625 on the core, 1450 shaders, 950 memory. (As stated above, EUE's are occuring at default clocks (500/1200/800))

I'm at stock speeds and roughly 67C. The whole computer froze for about 5 seconds when the instability happened, which is a problem I haven't seen much. Maybe related to the following blog post?

I just had the same GuardedRun error on project 5506 (Run 7, Clone 688, Gen 269).

You might want to put that in a new thread so it gets noticed
