You submitted this WU twice, with two different username/teamnumber but the same UserID :

Hi Anonymous (team 0),
Your WU (P3855 R82 C0 G13) was added to the stats database on 2008-08-09 18:38:49 for 450 points of credit.

Hi Chris_Jo (team 139798),

So what should I do?

I'm not quite sure why it sent it as anonymous (team 0)
the Chris_Jo (team 139798) is the correct one, that was my name and team prior to starting this WU

Look at the dates. I'm sure if you look back to a week earlier you'll find you were doing something with the same WU.

My WU sent right before the outage. and maybe it somehow got corrupted during the process? or my settings were reset or something? i dont know, just some thinking...

anyways, is there anything that can be done now?
like transfer the points?

I had a WU in a similar situtation and it wasn't credited for at least a week or so afterward. I actually thought it was lost and moved on and suddenly I was credited for it.

Also you can use the boxes to make it easier to read logs. They don't transfer points once they are credited. For the anon contribution I'd check your name and team stats to see if they got reseted on any of your machines/PS3's.

I submitted a WU yesterday, and i didn't get accredited for it
so now my 2 most recent WUs didnt get credit (i did both of these on 6.20, every other WU i did on 5.03 and they worked, although im pretty sure they arnt involved.)
everything before that was ok

I can't do anything with this information. You need to provide the Project/Run/Clone/Gen numbers from the missing WUs and if possible, a copy of FAHlog showing when the WU was uploaded and to which server.

The title is still about Project: 3855 (Run 82, Clone 0, Gen 13) and we already know it was submitted first by Anonymous and then a duplicate was resubmitted from the same machine by Chris_Jo.

I can tell that you have edited client.cfg and corrupted it so your machine is now submitting results as Anonymous again. Client.cfg is a machine-readable file and you MUST NOT edit it. Instead, you must restart the client with the -config flag and enter your information again. If that sounds difficult, stop the client, delete client.cfg, and restart the client.

You must also be sure that you do not run two copies of the client in the same directory.

Please post the first page of FAHlog.txt or, if it's long, the last time you see the same sort of data repeated when you restarted the client.
