Mislabeled P4044 [says it's a p4043]

Post by Baowoulf »

I got a new WU earlier today. It was P4043. But when I went to check on the Project list it wasn't there. And when I checked the RCG numbers it was actually P4044 (R=612, C=0, G=6). It's working fine so far just like normal. It's just mislabeled.

I wondered if this could be similar to the mislabled P4043's we had earlier that Dan Ensign(sorry if I mispelled the last name) took care of.

Also I was wondering if I got credit for P4019 (R=1 C=242, G=49) after the power surge problem last week.

Hi Baowoulf (team 48759),
Your WU (P4019 R1 C242 G49) was added to the stats database on 2008-08-13 20:25:03 for 250 points of credit.

I have another mislabeled P4044.

P4044 (R=785, C=8, G=6), which I'm working on now, shows up as P4043 unless you look at the page with the RCG numbers.

You don't need to report mislabeled work units. At this point, there's no way for me to relabel short of starting the entire project over again. Sorry for the trouble.

I'll stop then. I wasn't sure. I thought these were additional ones not connect to the original ones that were known to be mislabeled.

Likely these will get replaced in a couple of weeks anyway -- maybe there's some code-tinkering I can do to keep this from happening in the future.
