why doesnt the website remember me?
i slelected the option but i always have to manualy enter it.

Your browser might be overriding the setting from the forum. If IE or FF is blocking it, it won't save it.

Are other website able to "remember" your login details?
When i upgraded to Firefox 3 (when it came out) i had the same issue with all website and had to reinstall.
