Project: 2653 (Run 3, Clone 104, Gen 31) not credited [found

I run a PC for my daughter user name Emilystoodinsomedogshittoday. Yesterday it completed and sent 2 WUs however she has only been credited for 1 WU.
The WU in question is Project 2653 (Run 3, Clone 104, Gen 31)
Date: 30:12:07, Time is GMT.
03:25:46 Started WU
22:39:03 Finished WU
22:40:03 Connecting to http://171.64.65.64.8080/
22:40:15 Attepting to send results
22:46:15 Results successfully sent

As the results were submitted before 00:30 GMT her credit should have shown by the 03:00 GMT (21:00) update on EOCs stats however I have checked this morning and her credit hasnt even shown on the F@H stats.
I do hope you can trace this WU and credit her account accordingly.

edit: I have added GMT to the times above as the 1 WU that did get credited shows at 03:00 on EOCs stats. The 1 WU that did not get credited should have shown at 9:00pm EOCs time.

There's no record of Project 2653 (Run 3, Clone 104, Gen 31) in the WU database so far.

You didn't provide enough info to identify the particular client that turned in the WU, so here's the most recent WUs turned in by your clients.

The previous WU submitted (approx 20hrs earlier) was P2605 (R8, C174, G4).
The WU submitted after the WU not credited (approx 20hrs later) was P2653 (R2, C38, G32)

The 2 WUs you mention in your above post are from 2 other clients on the same PC.
I can cut and paste the logfile if that would be more helpful.

Looks like another WU hasnt been credited today after the results were successfully sent. Its too late for me to post the log files now but I will in the morning. I for one would like to know exactly what is happening to the WUs.

While a moderator looks up your WUs in the results records, I DO see a WU (2653?) worth 1760 points having been successfully returned and added to your stats as per the Kakao stats update at 2300 hrs (http://kakaostats.com/usum.php?u=1154838).

None of these WUs you mentioned have been submitted by Emilystoodinsomedogshittoday. Have you checked the log to see if the user name and team number are entered correctly?

The 2 WUs you mention in your above post are from 2 other clients on the same PC.

I'm confused, how many SMP clients are you running on this computer? Or are you sneakernetting WUs?

Your stats page only shows 2 active processors in the last 7 days.

These are the last WUs turned in by those 2 clients.

Apparently you got the wrong information in the UserName entry. The WU was credited under YOUR name, not your daughter's.

Sorry Bruce, you are right, I checked the user name and it is set as mine. I was previously running 3 clients under my user name on that PC. It wasnt 100% stable with 3 clients so when I changed the PC to fold for Emily I only changed the 1st and 2nd client to her user name and pass key. Looks like I started the 3rd client along with the 1st one after a power failure (coin meter lecky box, nothing serious, money ran out). I have stopped the 3rd client and restarted the 2nd one so things will be good to go.
I do thank you very much for the time taken to look into this and once again apologize for this matter as it was my fault.
