I see that WU was returned for full credit, but it's not bodmd98 ... is it your FAH username, or do you use something else (please tell us which one) ?

michael and edgar are looking into it, looking at the netload and making sure CS is working smoothly with this server etc, just anything out of the ordinary on our end. even lowering the netload might make things behave a litlte more like they should. why don't you give it some time and update us if anything changes?? (or doesn't ;)

Hi bodmd98,

after digging through some log files and code I found the reason for the missing credit. It looks like that the new core used for this project with an older server code has created the weird messages in your and our logs. As our logs contained these unexpected messages the stats system didn't realize the returned work and thus no points. As this actually has happened, not only in your, but in a few more cases we are writing a script to get all the missing points assigned correctly. This will most likely take a few days so I have to ask for you patience, but I can assure you that the credits will come.

Cheers,
Ed

I appreciate your efforts. As all of us invest time and money and plan to expand our efforts in the future all members of the team must be motivated. Exponential growth in the scientific product demands efficiency.

That sounds awfully critical, especially when you add that smilie. In my experience, the Pande Group is a very dedicated group of individuals and (if you really mean it as I'm interpreting it) your criticism is uncalled for. I know I'm glad a bug was uncovered and fixed and I'm appreciative of Ed's efforts.

In it's polite form, the expression is "Stuff happens" and when somebody discovers and fixes a bug, it doesn't make sense to be critical.

If I misinterpreted your meaning, then just ignore this post.
