Client starting over the day after half the times i start up again

Noticed that half the times i start the computer after pressing pause (then waiting until it seems to have paused) then pressing finish (waiting for it to seemingly finish) then shutting down the computer.
When starting up again it seems to half the times start over at 0% when it was at like 25% 40% 70% or whatever work was done the day before.
This is the part of the logfile making me think something goes wrong, and i really dont know what to do to not cause problems.
Any ideas?

Noticed that one line says "-service", i have no intention to have it installed as a service, does this mean that i might be running it as a service and then i also start it as an application? am i then running it twice?
The CPU utilization make me think it is run once, but the "-service" make me think i might be wrong.

The core -service flag is normal, and is
Ignore user logout or hangup and interrupt signals

On Windows, it is safest to quit the client before logout or shutdown/restart.
Use sys tray F@h Quit menu item.

The core crash you posted isn't something I know anything about.
