Forum section for v8 Public Release

Now that v8.3.18 is no longer in beta but is the officially released version that new users are being told to install, would it be time to create a v8 Public Release section of the forum? (I personally had no idea that v8.3 was out of beta until a week or two ago; if there was an announcement I missed it.)
