Command line control?

Post by Zac67 »

I used to schedule my 7.6 F@H client per command line options and to collect a work unit history, including

FAHClient.exe --send-command queue-info
FAHClient.exe --send-unpause
FAHClient.exe --send-finish
FAHClient.exe --send-pause

How do I do that with 8.x?

The ticket "Add support for command line state control" 2024-08-27 was marked as completed. Should I understand that now for users of the current version of the client for Windows there is the ability to schedule client activity? What command syntax is used for this?

As it states in one of the final notes, "Implemented in v8.4.4." That is still an Alpha version, not even released for a public Beta. Earlier in the notes kbernhagen's lufah script is mentioned, that works with all released v8 versions.
