Hello !
I had started a group - Equipe Ville de Québec - a few years ago but stopped because my computers at the time took too much time to process the WU units.
I'm back with a brand new much more powerful computer since the beginning of august 2023.
Everything went well up to a couple of days ago.
The computing works fine but the statistics pages are not accessible. The message "Loading.." is displayed but won't go any further.
I tried many things to solve this problem but to no success.
I want to reinstall the software but I don't want if possible to loose the current process.
Thanks for guiding me to getting back my team's statistics (over 20,000,00 points in just 1 and a half month !!)

Are you talking about the Web Client interface ?

Yes the "not loading the stats" issue is with the Web client software.
Same problem as user SandyG.
I also use Windows 11 !
I just flushed - except for the data ( we are given the choice to keep or not the data ) - the Foldingathome software
and reinstalled it... Unfortunately the problem is still there !

I've experienced the same issue for the last week or so. I thought it would go away but it hasn't. Thanks.
