The stats appear to be working, though slowly at times to display results.

The stats are getting exported to extremeoverclocking.com ok, but when I go here https://stats.foldingathome.org/donor/n ... 25a7dc4492 , I get the red bar moving slowly across then it gives up. Been doing it for a few days, tried it on a different browser on a different computer.

That link took about 15 seconds to load for me, sounds like a connection issue from your ISP to the stats server front end.

No connection problems here. 32/7Mbit fibre, completely unloaded just now. 15 seconds sounds about the time taken for mine to give up. Which browser are you using? Perhaps some are more patient?

And you can ignore the question I just sent to the board admins asking why I got banned for spam. I was on a VPN temporarily, looks like that IP is banned for spam, not me.

I am using Safari on macOS 10.14. As for connection problems, the issue could be your ISP or anything in between it and the server where the stats front end is located.

Takes about 8-seconds from my iPhone with Firefox… according to fast.com, I am getting 230Mbs down and 130Mbs up from where I am in the house right now.

That's the problem, the time taken, you got 8 seconds, Joe got 15 seconds. It's random. Browsers time out, they don't wait forever. It happened to work for me today in 12 seconds. No web server should take that long to respond or the client will give up.

You are not dealing just with a web server, that is just the front end to the database. That database has abut 20 years of entries, depending on load it may take a few seconds to retrieve entries and process them into what is presented on the page for that search.

You never mentioned which browser you are using, and that may matter. Or how you have it and your system configured may matter and cause it to "give up" when others don't have that problem.

I've done nothing to make my browser less patient. I have Opera, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge installed on 8 Windows 11 computers. I tried all 4 browsers on the two fastest computers (24 core Ryzen 9 3900XT with 96GB RAM) and none of them worked three days in a row, but prior to three days ago, I have used the page flawlessly for months every day. I don't know of a way to adjust the browser's patience. If there is one, I can increase it so it waits longer. But at the moment it's hit and miss if I'll get a response. While it's waiting, there's a thin red bar crawling along the top (part of the web page not part of the browser itself). At some point that stops and it gives up. I don't think browsers usually wait much more than 15 seconds, the server is too slow. But if you know a way to make the browser wait longer that would be a workaround.

It's a bit laggy for me, maybe 10 seconds to display. Some days it's fast, some days a little slower. I just don't worry about it.

If the stats are making it to EOC, there isn't much lag to account for anyway. Most people should have a good idea of their average PPD over time, so it's not that big a wait either way.

I don't mind the wait, but my browser clearly does. Presumably there is a timeout I can adjust.

It's affecting project description pages too. I tried the following page on Chrome and Firefox (two different engines) on two different computers. The Firefoxes said timeout and the Chromes showed only the title. Both machines have a solid 17ms ping to the server.

I have no issues loading pages with Firefox ... it's rather slow indeed, but it loaded all the pages I tested (including the donor lookup feature that took ages to complete).

Very odd, I think it's just luck, how busy the server is at the time. I just tried the project link in my post above in Firefox. I got the thin brown bar (which I assume is part of the web page's code) moving to about 80% of the way across, then the bar stuck there for a while, then disappeared. Nothing but the black banner and "project statistics" written underneath are displayed.
