You can even fold on the Pi: http://anne-emscher.net/fah/
I'm not sure what you mean by "management". If you install a desktop manager and run FAHControl on it, you can use it to remote control other folding rigs, yes. But it's not recommended to do that over the Internet, except for on a LAN or VPN, because the command protocol is un-encrypted.

Online: GTX 1660 Super + occasional CPU folding in the cold.
Offline: Radeon HD 7770, GTX 1050 Ti 4G OC, RX580

The ARM client is here : https://foldingathome.org/alternative-downloads/
Note that a RPi 4 running 24/7 is the minimum requirement to make the deadline on most WUs.

Re: Hello there! I just want use my Raspberry Pi to folding.
I recently tried using Pi 3Bs.
It was a failure.
I used the ubuntu arm64 server build along with the arm64 FAH client.
When the client gets a work unit for a new project it take the ETA as the timeout until the core logs a checkpoint.
The client estimated it should have done 3%, the cores had not logged any progress. That's the point when I pulled the plug on my Pi project.
I hope you're using more powerful Pis, good luck.
