It seems that a lot of GPU problems revolve around specific versions of drivers. Though NVidia has their own support structure, you can often learn from information reported by others who fold.

Welcome to the folding support forum.

The default views using Task Manager basically show the CPU usage for the video driver. You need to change to one of the Compute or CUDA views for one of the windows shown for the GPU.

Others recommend using GPU-Z instead. It breaks down the usage in a more clear display.

The actual GPU utilization varies depending somewhat on the number of atoms in the protein. A small WU may be assigned to a powerful GPU and there might not be enough atoms to keep all the shaders busy.

On the other hand, the GT730 is one of the slowest GPUs that we support -- and it has a comparatively small number of shaders. Any protein that's assigned should keep them all pretty busy. GPU-Z is expected to say 99%.

Yes, that is correct.

There is almost no Video engine load shown, the F@h compute software does not use that section of the GPU. But the next item, Bus Interface load is running about 20-25%, basically that is what Task Manager was reporting with its Copy graph. The GPU folding core is copying data and instructions to the GPU, and then copying back results of the calculations on that data continuously.

The GPU folding core is copying data and instructions to the GPU, and then copying back results of the calculations on that data continuously.
The word "continuously" is subject to interpretation. Like all I/O tasks, it moves data whenever there's data to be moved ... and then it waits while the GPU works on the data ... hence only ~20% of the time does the CPU have something to do. The CPU also validates the data and processes the writing of the checkpoints.

I fixed the problem, improved PPD from 20K+ to 40K+, GPU usage up to 90%.
all I have done was just display driver back to 391.35

so the reason above may be false.

I have another PC with GT 630 in it, and when I install the 391.35 driver,
It works like a charm, 19K+ PPD to 38K+ PPD, GPU usage up to 90%( I mean in windows task viewer).

So maybe newer Nvidia drivers limit it.

all Nvidia graphics cards should try the 391.35 driver.

391.35 supports the first Pascal cards (GTX 1xxx) and earlier but not the ti or Super versions of GTX 1xxx or later.

Your GT 730 and GT 630 are older Kepler cards, although versions were made with Fermi which is already unsupported.
