My task manager is show 23%GPU usage. How to more usage ?

For some cards you can show the GPU usage in Task Manager by clicking the drop-down for the graph and changing it from 3D to Compute, Compute_1 or something like that: ImageImage

For some cards, however, you need to look at a tool like MSI Afterburner or GPU-Z to see actual GPU compute utilization. You can download GPU-Z from here:
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

Alternatively, you can use the command line tool "nvidia-smi"

Depending on which project you are working on, the GPU can also be more or less utilized.

For some versions or updates of Windows the type of report you want in Task Manager is CUDA.
