I believe at least one other folder with similar issues reverted to the .13 version which cleared the issue ... Pure speculation on my part but I wonder if the current version has a tighter timeout and therefore on slow connections times out and assumes ack not received when if it waited a tad longer it might turn up? ... This would fit the observed issues/resolution?

Tbh if I were having these issues I'd try reverting ... if it solves issue I'd probably stay with old version till a newer one is released and then try that ... but I am all for an easy life at the moment - if i had the time I'd might keep trying to troubleshoot it instead but troubleshooting can take a fair big of effort and may only prove where/what the issue is which may not have a ready solution ... having said that reverting might not work either but it is a relatively easy check
