What is the option for always running ?

What is the option for always running?
There are two options one is "While I am working"
and second options is " Only when Idel"
is there any option for always running? because if I select while I am working option, after finish work I will switch off the monitor only, is it running because I haven't selected "only when ideal" option.

please guide me

The option "While I'm working" is what you are looking for. It means that FAH will run when the computer is idle AND when you are using it.
You can then switch off the monitor when you leave, or lock the computer and switch off the monitor. FAH will keep on folding.

If you are using Windows, in the Control Panel, in the Power control panel,setf sleep when plugged in to never. This will help keep F@H folding.
