Gefore GTX 970 Bad work unit

I have a MSI Gefore GTX 970 - installed with a clean install of the Nvidia drivers. There is not overclock etc - just stock standard gtx 970.

FAh picks up the card and has folded with it in the past but refuses to do so now.

This keeps recurring again and again and I am unsure why.

I have reinstalled drivers. I have deleted the working unit folder in the FAH client folder for the work unit. I have rechecked that it is seated and powerd etc.

Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

I notice you are on driver version 432.0 when the latest is 451.67

I doubt this will fix your issue, but it is the first odd thing I notice.

The log you give us ends after the CPU config. Is there not GPU slot configured? Or did you not show us it?

If it is not configured:

In the taskbar to the lower right of the screen, you should see a F@H molecule icon, click it (you may need to click an Up Arrow to see it ^)

The second item in this menu is Advanced Control, click it

On this screen to the left is a Configure button, click it

Now you get a screen with a Slots tab, click it

On this white field should be a cpu item, if there is not gpu item, click Add

By default F@H will have a radio button set to CPU, you want to click the leftmost empty circle under GPU.

Now that it is set to GPU, click save.

If that does not solve everything, post the log again.

Yep, that's the correct log. The configuration shows that you do not have a GPU slot configured. Could you please try to add a GPU Slot as follows:
Open up Advanced Control (AKA FAHControl)
Click Configure
Navigate to Slots tab
Click Add
Select GPU slot
Click OK
Click Save
Restart the client/system (whatever is easier)

EDIT: Seems that JimboPalmer types faster than myself 8-)

May I suggest that you remove the GPU Slot from your client, restart the system and then add the GPU Slot back in.

The OpenCL -5 error is CL_OUT_OF_RESOURCES. Most likely that means you don't have enough video memory for this project (keeping in mind that it has to be shared with all other applications that are running).

Any chance something else is running at the same time that could be taking up a substantial chunk of memory?
