All donors on team installed passkey, now no credits appear

I've been folding for a couple of months now at least and my team is in the top 8.5% of teams.Really pleased. I decided to put a passkey for all the donors, for the reasons given. A remarkable increase in PPD!! Wish had done earlier!! However, none of the completed work units on any of the donors are being credited since I did this, neither are the points. I did have a search under "passkey" but couldn't see anything relevant. What is the answer please? Many thanks; sorry if a relative newbie error!

The Web Control displays points based on looking up a Username and Passkey combination, so it will not display points not earned with a passkey once one is added. The points do not go away, a search on the username only or team on the official or third party stats will show the points.

In addition, there are some reports of problems with the stats this morning, someone should be looking into that and they should be fixed sometime soon.

To build upon what Joe_H mentioned, once a WU has been submitted with the attached username/passkey/team it will not be changed. However, you can still search using the username or passkey.

Please note that usernames are not unique in F@H.
