Interpreting the viewer

It's a small thing, for me the visualizations are kinda neat, but so far meaningless to me. Are there any resources available to help interpret the pretty pictures and see what it's actually showing me?

I believe that this is the colour code being used with the potential exception of Hydrogen which is pink instead of white: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPK_color ... ssignments
