Whenever I try to access the web control, it keeps refreshing. Is there a known fix?

Depends on which version of the F@h client you are running. With 7.5.1 this is a known problem with Chrome and Chromium based browsers, there are some workarounds posted as item #7 in this FAQ - viewtopic.php?f=61&t=32463#p312879.
Some fixes have been put into the recent release of the client 7.6.9. I don't use Chrome, so don't know how well those fixes work.

Do you know what client version you're running? The log files will have the information and here's how you can get to it: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=26036
There was an issue with Web Control in V7.5.X and a workaround is present, see point 7 here: viewtopic.php?f=61&t=32463
However, a new version 7.6.9 has been published which fixes this issue: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=34466
