I have tried exiting the FAH client and reopening, and I don't have any security software running on this machine (besides the standard Windows 10 stuff) as it is just an old laptop with nothing on it.

The serverstats page shows 40.114.52.201 aka "fah1.eastus.cloudapp.azure.com" as having the error that it is out of storage space. I was only trying to send 2.48 MiB but That might be why it can't send?

Yes, that would explain the issue. That WS / project appears not to have a Collection Server, so the upload will have to wait until there is space to take it.

I checked, and this is an issue that people responsible for the server are aware of, not certain when it will be resolved.
