2days ago TPF time was less than 4min now it's close to 9min...sometimes it gets faster but most of the times it's slow !
Nothing on my pc changed task manager is the same as before...plz help

TPF varies depending on the WU you are processing.

Can you please post your log file. Ensure that you have copied the System configuration which is present at the start of the log file (viewtopic.php?f=72&t=26036). Once we have that information, we can see how the system is setup and troubleshoot your issue.
