Unable to receive bonus points

Hello,

Over the last few weeks I have completed a total of 274 work units under the name Turaiel, but I've only received a bit over 2 million points. I think that for some reason I am not receiving bonus points at all. I do have a couple previous identities that use the same name but different passkeys, at least one of which has been lost to time. Any idea if that could be the problem?

The first 10 WUs you return with a passkey will just get the base point, no bonus. However the client has no means of checking whether the username and passkey have or have not completed 10 WUs already, it displays an estimate as if qualified for the bonus if a passkey is ended into the client. That may account for some of the discrepancy.

The F@h team is also looking into reports that one of the servers is not recording bonus points when it should. If this turns out to be the case, those point would be awarded at some point in the future after running a re-credit script to pick up the missing points.

As I noted, I've completed over 270 work units with my username + passkey and apparently have not been receiving a bonus, seemingly at all given the number of points I've gained. Is it possible that it's related to the fact that my username's original passkey (from many years ago) did not have more than 10 units associated?

The check for bonus status shows that user Turaiel has completed 81 WU's with a passkey, only one shows up o the check. The check for the most recent WUs on your different folding slots shows two returning WUs which got bonus, and two which did not. That could be from the reason I gave in the second paragraph or for the passkey not being entered into the client.

Thanks for the information. It looks like the stats now show 94 completed WUs (same info shows for both passkeys), so I suppose maybe the problem is fixed? Yesterday I changed both clients to my old passkey and then changed them back today. I will watch to see if the count continues to increase today and if not, I will change back to the old passkey.

On the old passkey before yesterday I had only completed 76 work units. This suggests to me that it may only be counting the bonus for my prior passkey.

I will update this thread tonight.

(Late) Update: looks like I started getting bonus and then stopped again. I discovered that the clients reverted to the wrong passkey. I've reset the passkey and restarted both clients and now the bonus appears to be working properly.

Only after reading this forum thread I realized, that you need to complete a certain amount of WUs to qualify for the bonus.
Would be nice to state that somewhere, I thought something was broken
