Page constantly refreshing?

Computer Specs:
CPU: 3.6 Ghz 6 cores ( AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Six-Core Processor)
GPU: 8GB of Vram ( Radeon RX 570 Series )
Ram: 16 GB ( DDR4 )
Network Connection: Xfinity (ethernet)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro ( Latest updates I believe )
Overclocked: Not that I'm aware of ( If it were anything it would be the CPU )
Stable: I believe so, haven't had a crash or anything of the sort in weeks
Software: Most up to date version on the website ( Not a beta program or anything of the sort )
WU details: No idea
The first time I launched the program, it worked as intended and I was able to see what progress was being made, make a profile, make a team, and configure how much power was being used. That is no longer the case, after I restarted my computer. The page on google that you use to view stats and to configure how much processing power is being used is constantly refreshing, a IP is popping up in the lower left corner which is 127.0.0.1. It constantly says its waiting for it. What I have done to troubleshoot it so far is to uninstall and reinstall the program, to no avail.

Open WebControl with any browser other than Google Chrome.

That was also my problem. Changed the browser to Firefox for the web control and all was well. I also learned how to invoke the FAHControl app - it is in the same directory as the client, and is much more powerful, although not as graphical, than/as the web control.
