That's not the information we need.

Show us FAH's log. (See below)

Did you install the proprietary drivers from NVidia.com?

If you only have 2 1070's in the machine delete slots 3 and 4, unpause slots 1 & 2 and you should start seeing work units being downloaded. The servers are very heavily overloaded though so it may take a while for the gpu's to start folding

Try to go to the FAH Advanced Client then go to Configure->Slots, then remove your cpu/gpu's that you have there, then try to manually add your gpu's back in, keep the gpu-index, opencl-index, cusa-index values at -1 initially and see if that sorts it. Add 1 gpu at a time first to see it you can get one working, once that's done add the second one,
There are two major products that came out of Berkeley: LSD and UNIX. We don't believe this to be a coincidence.

There is no Slots settings under Configure menu.

My 4 other machines works fine with FAH.

Something wrong with Folding@home client. There are FAHControl and Folding@home items in the windows start. You should launch both. May by restarting the app ( Folding@home client ) help.

FAHclient.exe is running in the process list of task manager.
Let me try to un-install and re-install FAH.
If that still fails, I will remove one GPU to see if that helps.
If that does not help, that means that those GPU are not part of the GPU list yet.

Ok, this is working now.
I think it was failing because I had an old version installed year ago (for curecoin).
When installing a new version, best to un-install the old , included the data.
This time it was asking me to crunch as anonymous or not, it did not ask this Morning (probably re-using old out dated settings).

Edit: It just got a WU ^^
