Not recieving the passkey (re-sent. Fixed)

This is now 3 to 4 hours ago.

I just tested on this link for getting a passkey - https://apps.foldingathome.org/getpasskey - and have received one. It comes from a folding account on gmail. Also check to see if an email ended in your spam folder.

I have just done what Joe_H suggested. It is the same link I used before.

I tried it again and it didn't work for my email address. The email didn't arrive in my spam folder or my main email address.

I can't get a passkey either. I have tried 2 different domains, including gmail, and nothing is received in spam or inbox. Joe_H, what domain did you successfully get a passkey email on? I am requesting a new passkey, so maybe the problem is new emails aren't going out, but existing passkeys are?

My initial test was using a new username and a variant of my usual .edu email address at the university I work at. That email went through fine and gave me a totally new passkey.

I just tested using another new username and my Gmail account for email, that did not go through. I checked both the Inbox and the spam folder. I wonder if an overaggressive filter on Gmail is outright blocking the email from even going through.

Gmail, Yahoo, and Protonmail are all not working currently. The headers on the email that you did receive might shed light on this issue. This looks like a fairly serious problem if all 3 of those can't receive the passkey.

I had a chance to look at the email header, about the only thing I recognized as pertinent was a spam probability rating of 12%. THat would be from the filter used by the Exchange server here.

Having the same issue with Hotmail.

I have tried it out now on my old university (.ac.uk) email address. Didn't work.

I've tried gmail, hotmail(outlook) and .ac.uk emails so far. No success.

I am in the same situation. Asked for passkey twice for a gmail account. Never received anything, not even in spam.
