Web control not working on chrome

It does load but it keeps "flinching" and doesn't show any data about username, work unit etc... and it does work on firefox
here's some info that might help
Windows 10, core i7 8th gen cpu
(i couldnt figure out how to start gpu folding yet)
chrome version Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
