the 114/117 WOs just kicked in!
Looks like today they just released a pool of the big 114/117 work orders. My 1080ti's are munching away happy now instead of starving on 94's all day. Hopefully this keeps up for months and months...even though I expect it to be days...

Same here. I wonder what the reason is that they are released like this. I thought it's more like an continuous process

There may be multiple reasons, but it all depends on how many different trajectories are being done at the same time. That would be the Run and Clone numbers of a WU. Then it takes the return of each WU before the next Gen can be created for assignment.
Examining the number of WU's returned in the Server Status log listings, it looks like there are thousands of WU's available to be assigned from the 94nn projects people like to complain about. That is compared to just hundreds for these 114nn and 117nn projects
