Hi all, today i bought new gpu and i want fold with. Can someone wrote how to add it to folding? I must have enabled SLI?

Welcome to the folding forum.
Adding a GPU to folding basically requires your to add the GPU to your system, install the full drivers downloaded from the nVidia or AMD-ATI site as appropriate, and install the folding client. If you have the folding client already installed, an uninstall followed by a reinstall is recommended after a change in hardware.
Some of the details will depend on which OS you are running, and in the case of Linux may involve manually downloading the GPUs.txt file if it is not automatically updated during installation of the folding client.

I have all drivers installed. Both cards works good in games. I have enabled SLI mode in driver.

You'll need to add a second GPU slot to get both folding - folding doesn't make use of sli or crossfire and will run a separate task on each GPU.

An uninstall and reinstall is probably the safest method, but configure>slots>add>GPU should work too
