Not received credit for WU

I uploaded P9201 R838 C3 G109 at 23:10 UTC yesterday but do not seem to have been credited for it. P9201 R155 C2 G121 which was uploaded about 30 minutes earlier has been credited, judging by the estimated points for the two. The attached log fragment looks okay so I'd be grateful if someone could look into it.

I thought it would only be me in the UK who'd be daft enough to check their stats at this time on a Christmas morning :wink:

There seems to have been some sort of glitch with the stats server last night, both EOC and Kakao are indicating several updates when a lot of usernames weren't credited with anything.

Seems to have sorted itself out now as far as I can tell- my points and WU count both look about right.

There's nothing particularly special about today from my POV so I'm doing my usual round of web sites.....

That WU still hasn't appeared yet - it's a 22k chunk so quite obvious as I have two clients dropping them every ~7.5 hours and the rest are tiny in comparison. They've each completed one more since which have been successfully credited. I hope it's resolved quicker than the still not explained problem with 129.74.246.143.......

I'm off for lunch; turkey will be tonight.....

Possible missing points for project 9201

Can someone check the stats DB and see if I got credit for 2 9201's? One was probably from yesterday and one from today. I am checking my stats on EOC and notice it is about 31,600 points off of what the logs say for the credit for all the WU's I have completed since yesterday. EOC says 190,037 for 3 WU's. while the log says:

I believe the missing WU might be project:9201 run:658 clone:2 gen:96, as the first points i see on EOC are today for 83,950 for a 13001 WU.

When that WU was uploaded, it did, in fact, contain an error and received zero credit after processing for 0.03 days.

If you post the log file showing the hour after the WU was downloaded, we may be able to learn something.

That log section does not contain any information related to the WU in question, could you check for it later in that log or in an older log? Both WU's shown in this log section did get credited for just over 31k points each.

The timing for your missing WU appears to coincide with the timing of other missing credits posted here but, as Bruce and Joe both stated, we need the log where you saw "Line 259: 23:16:35:WU00:FS00:Final credit estimate, 31610.00 points" so we can confirm that it's likely the same problem.

I already answered your question, and you did NOT show the time when the WU was downloaded. Your log you posted starts at 1%.

I suspect that the WU was downloaded, had an error and that result was returned. Then, perhaps you restored a backup and processed it to completion. Unfortunately, FAH does not allow you to return the same WU twice. (That's one reason the EULA says that you should not mess with FAH's files.)

If you post the log file showing the hour after the WU was downloaded, we may be able to learn something.

FYI

The next generations for all of the above missing WUs have completed successfully ... i.e. the science is progressing and it is just the stats credit that somehow went missing.

I also had at least one credit go missing: project:9201 run:97 clone:4 gen:88 around the same UTC time on Dec 24/14:
