future core 17 WU?

I can usually tell when 17s are scarce because weekly PPD (I know, it should be points per week or something, but PPD is a recognizable shorthand) on stats websites drops.

Also, because I'm on Linux and can only pull 17s, my weekly points ranking jumps when 15s are common, which is another way I can roughly tell the makeup of the assigned WUs
