assign4.stanford.edu HTTP_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE

I have a couple of folding machines behind a firewall that block traffic on port 8080 (and most other ports).

They have always worked by connecting to the assign4 server but for the past couple of days they have been getting error 10001: Server Responded: HTTP_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE.

Even if I try to browse to assign4.standford.edu from a network that is completely open I don't get the normal "OK" message (just an error that Chrome can't connect).

Is this a left over problem relating to the maintenance? I don't see any postings relating to this. Any ETA?

If your issue appeared before 26 August (PST), then, most likely, it isn't related to the Server maintenance. I can't connect to assign2 or assign4 but can connect to assign and assign3 without any issues on Port 80. After restarting the client, can you please post the initial section of the log to see your slot configuration and the connection attempts?

Looks like this is happening again. assign4 on port 80 is not available.
