I'm not sure what happened with the first WU. There's an error code that seems to indicate the WU was already submitted earlier and received credit. I can't see the earlier credit though. Your not doing any sneakernetting are you?

Hi Doctor_Love (team 35819),
Your WU (P2653 R34 C10 G65) was added to the stats database on 2008-05-25 14:20:16 for 0 points of credit.

You received credit for the second WU.

Hi Doctor_Love (team 35819),
Your WU (P2653 R11 C10 G67) was added to the stats database on 2008-05-25 16:15:54 for 1760 points of credit.

You posted most of FAHlog for this unit. Could you identify both the date and time that the WU was downloaded an the date-time the result was uploaded. Did anything strange happen during the download? Was it downloaded more than once?

I see that this thread is rather old but I find that I started suffering the same problem recently - please help !!
I have done 17 project 2653 WUs since April and they have all computed, uploaded and credited fine EXCEPT the last two times.
These last two were run/clone/gen = 18/39/88 and 13/16/92 which computed successfully (on Nov 3 and Dec 2 respectively) but did not upload as they did not get a 'completed' date in the queue info.
So I used qfix to repair the queue info after which they successfully uploaded.
However, no credit has been been added to my stats.
Please could one of the sys admins have a look and see if those WUs are on the system.

What is you UserName ?

18/39/88 has been completed successfully three times (two were after the preferred deadline).

13/16/92 has been completed successfully by someone else. It have a strange report that might match :
Hi PaulSabey (team 53338),
Your WU (P2653 R13 C16 G92) was added to the stats database on 2008-12-02 02:39:39 for 0 points of credit.

The error indicates that you submitted incorrect results (but I can't tell what was wrong ... maybe duplicate results ... or corrupted results ...)

Apologies for not spotting I had not stated my user name - it is indeed PaulSabey in team 53338.
It is quite possible that the first one (18/39/88) was submitted after the deadline since I was flapping about for quite a while working out what went wrong and how to upload the results. The second time (13/16/92) I was clued up and qfixed it and submitted it comfortably within the deadline.
I have taken a closer look at the log from the latter and it does indeed show an error "Client-core communications error: ERROR 0x7b" after the unit completed calculation.
Perhaps that means the results, even though fully calculated, are indeed dud - does that sound right ?
Shame I got no points in return for 3.5 days of compute effort. Oh well. :(
Thanks anyway for your help, toTOW.

Make sure to run the latest 6.23 client ... it should solve this kind of issue.
