Delayed(?) points: Project: 7085 (Run 1, Clone 599, Gen 2)

Post by brityank »

Guess it's time for me to take my XP off the network, eh? This is now the THIRD instance (Look down this log) where I have returned a WU within parameters, but have not been credited. I've returned other units with no apparent losses. What gives?

Unfortunately I was given another of this series - (17:46:43) Project: 7085 (Run 1, Clone 599, Gen 3) - if I can't get a good reason i will kill the WU tomorrow night and try something else. Any help you can give is appreciated.

Hi brityank (team 36120),
Your WU (P7085 R1 C599 G2) was added to the stats database on 2013-06-19 11:31:10 for 3088.7 points of credit.

There may have been a problem with this server earlier as others have posted re missing credits from the same server. From what I can see all the reported missing credits have now been updated.

Many thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

Is there anything I could have done to prevent it getting lost?

viewtopic.php?f=18&t=24382 from earlier this month, and did the same thing. Earlier this year I lost another when their hard drive crashed. Do they have some type of flag set against my ID? lol

(Tell the NSA this is medicine not machination!)

Other than reporting the problem there's not a lot you can do. There may be some network issues with this server. That is being looked into and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

This was a network issue on our end that cropped up as a result of the recent upgrades and should be fixed now.

Many thanks, abdulwahidc, for your assistance to the PG and the Folders in the field. Hope this is the last error you find in that balky server. Cheers.
